What is S.E.T?
Val-Ed Initiatives’ ‘Saksham Educator Training’ (S.E.T) Program is a one-of-its-kind training program that gives all its participants an opportunity and a platform to become quality Values, Life Skills & Character Educator.
The S.E.T curriculum is designed to help participants from both Teaching & Non-Teaching backgrounds understand & master concepts, approaches, methods & best practices in Values, Life Skills & Character Education for children of all ages.
Through a balance of Experiential & Conceptual Training, the program helps participants ‘Role Model’ ideal human values & also provides them with the framework, skills & confidence to inspire the same in children.
S.E.T’s Training Program is designed by Val-Ed Initiatives & delivered by a team of experts from various fields of Character Education, Social Emotional Learning, Values Education, Story Telling, Experiential Learning, Dramatics, Child Psychology, Curriculum Development, etc.
Certification of ‘Values, Life Skills & Character Educator’ for all graduates by Val-Ed Initiatives.
Best Performing Participants will be offered both long-term & short-term paid assignments with Val-Ed Clients (Schools/ Val-Ed Online Workshops/ Teacher Trainings/ Parenting Workshops/ Corporate Assignments).
Continuous Advanced Trainings will be available for all selected Educators.

- Willingness to teach children for 6-8 hours on a weekly basis
